The following is meant to be a brief guide to assist you in buying a property through Lot37. If you would like to see a ‘visual guide' visit our demo.
1. To buy a property on Lot37 you must first register to bid. click here to register
2. Once you have registered to bid you can begin to bid on properties.
3. You will receive an email from Lot37 stating your user id and password. You will need this to log in and bid.
4. Begin your search by entering your search criteria into the auction search engine. Alternatively you can simply press the search button to see all properties on the site.
5. Once you have found a property you like you can either buy now, in which case the property is taken out of the auction process and you proceed straight to the legal process, or place a bid.
6. To place a bid click on the bid button
7. Within Lot37 all registered bidders have a private' bidding area. Within this area you will have a record of your current bids.
8. If you are outbid' Lot37 will notify you by email and text.
9. All properties on Lot37 are marketed by an estate agent whose contact details will be shown next to the property. Bidders can therefore view properties or seek additional information if necessary.
10. If you are the successful bidder at the close of the auction Lot37 will send you a confirmation email and text.
11. Following the confirmation email you must instruct your solicitor to exchange contracts within 30 days.
